A man is dead after a shots rang out yesterday at the E&M Barber Shop at the Pontiac Mall.  The shots were fired at around 4:00 in the afternoon. A man in his 30s was hit several times in the head.  He was taken to the hospital in critical condition. He later died from his injuries.
