Man Receives 6 Years for Cashless Robbery

FORT WAYNE Ind. (WOWO) – A Fort Wayne man who tried to rob a gas station, but left without any money has received a six-year prison sentence.

According to the Journal Gazette, 23-year-old Kameron Bright pulled a knife and demanded money from a Shell Gas station on State Blvd. and Maplecrest Rd.  Even though he got away without any cash, police released surveillance photos and received tips that the man was Bright.
