Man Who Shot IHOP Viral Video Turns Himself In

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The man who recorded the infamous Fort Wayne IHOP viral video earlier this month has turned himself in to authorities.

Dustin Sunderland is charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and driving while suspended in connection to the IHOP incident earlier this month that went viral.

According to our partners in news at 21Alive, he turned himself in to authorities Sunday morning and was released on bond. He appeared in court Monday morning and learned his jury trial is scheduled for July 8th.

Sunderland shot the video on his cell phone where Shanna Hancock verbally abused an officer. Sunderland, Hancock, and Nikkole Baker face charges from the incident earlier this month.
