Marshall County Mom Gets 90 Days In Jail

PLYMOUTH, Ind. (WOWO) — A Marshall County woman is headed to jail for threatening a judge on social media.
Prosecutors say 35-year-old Sharlotte Preston of Plymouth posted threatening messages on Facebook targeting Circuit Court Judge Jeanette Surrisi.

The threats were tied to Preston’s ongoing child custody case.

She’s been sentenced to 90 days in jail and will spend a year on probation after her release.
