Suspect in Bank Robbery Arrested

CINCINNATI, Ohio (WOWO): Police say they have caught a serial bank robber responsible for a half-dozen hold-ups in three states.

Twenty-two year-old Evan Stewart of Shelbyville, Indiana is accused of robbing banks in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio.

Indiana State Police say Stewart held up banks in Seymour and Crothersville last week.

He‘s also a suspect in two bank robberies in Louisville in early August and two robberies in the Cincinnati area in late July. Stewart is being held in the Hamilton County jail in Cincinnati.
