FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Mayor Tom Henry’s 2014 State of the City Address scheduled for noon Wednesday has been postponed due to the anticipated winter storm expected to hit Fort Wayne later Tuesday through Wednesday. The Address has been rescheduled for noon on Wednesday, February 12, at the Grand Wayne Center. The speech is free and open to the public. Mayor Henry will talk about City successes from 2013 and look ahead to plans for this year. The theme for the speech is “Investing in our Future.” A reception will take place after the speech.
