One dead, three hurt in LaGrange County crash

LAGRANGE COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): One person was killed, three were hurt in a two-vehicle crash that happened Thursday night in LaGrange County.

According to the Sheriff’s Department, it happened on US 20 at around 1000 West Road at 8:45pm due to road conditions caused by the weather. A Ford van towing a trailer driven by Richard Keck of Mongo was eastbound when it lost control and slammed into a car driven by Jesse Miller of Topeka.

Miller suffered minor injuries. Keck and a passenger in his vehicle were both badly hurt and taken to an area hospital. Another passenger in Keck’s van was pronounced dead at the scene.
