FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The victim from a Sunday shooting on Oxford Street has been identified as 23-year-old Lecameron Smith-Reed.

He was last reported in critical condition.

When officers arrived on the scene Sunday afternoon, they found Smith-Reed suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

A witness saw the victim standing in the street, talking with a person inside a SUV. The witness said a gunshot was heard and then the victim fell to the ground, as the SUV sped away. The witness ran over to Smith-Reed and then called 911.
