INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Officials say an AT&T data circuit outage has affected phone calls to 10 state agencies. Indiana Office of Technology spokesman Graig Lubsen says yesterday's outage affected call centers but not individual phone lines. Lubsen says AT&T is working to fix the circuit.
