Police Investigate Report of Shots Fired on Suttenfield Street

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fort Wayne police are investigating reports of shots fired on Suttenfield Street.

According to our partners in news at 21 Alive, shots rang out just before 8:30 p.m., Saturday night near the intersection of Suttenfield and Caroline Streets.

Police say someone was walking along Caroline Street shooting a gun, when a bullet flew into a home on Suttenfield Street and struck a girl in the hand.  She was taken to a local hospital. No other injuries were reported, but police are still investigating.
