COLUMBIA CITY, Ind. (WOWO): Investigators continue to review accusations against the Whitley County Auditor.

As WOWO News first reported Friday, Whitley County Commissioners launched a probe into allegations of wrong-doing by auditor Jennifer McGuire. Sources told WOWO she was escorted out of her office.

She is reportedly on a leave of absence, pending the results of the review. According to the Journal-Gazette, the prosecutors office says claims include misappropriation of funds.

Indiana State Police investigators are handling the case with the assistance of the prosecutors office.
