Groundbreaking Set for Speedway Roundabout

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): One of the most famous intersections in Indianapolis is about to receive a new look. The town of Speedway was set to break ground Monday on a two-lane roundabout to replace the current stoplight-controlled intersection at West 16th and Main Streets and Crawfordsville Road outside the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. When the project is complete, Georgetown Road no longer will intersect with 16th Street.
