INDIANA (WOWO): A national website focusing on home security and safety advice has listed a Noble County city as the safest in Indiana.

Ligonier was ranked #1 for the second straight year by the annual SafeWise report, which considers the 2015 FBI Crime Report and population data.

Fort Wayne (#54) didn’t crack the top 20, and neither did Indianapolis (#95), according to Inside Indiana Business.
