DEARBORN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A head-on crash in Dearborn County has left a Ripley County couple dead and their two children injured.

Indiana State Police say the crash happened on State Road 350 when a Ford F-150 crossed the centerline and struck a GMC Terrain carrying the family.

Troopers say the driver of the pickup truck was seriously injured and taken for medical treatment.

The children were also hurt in the crash, though their conditions have not been released.

Investigators continue to look into what caused the vehicle to cross the centerline.
