A proposed new bill from Congressman Jim Banks (R – Indiana) has caught national attention in its goal of stripping rioters & looters of their benefits.  Banks joined “Fort Wayne’s Morning News” to explain the proposed idea along with an explanation of the suspension of the payroll tax.
