Syracuse man arrested after failing to appear in court

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) – A Syracuse man has been arrested after failing to appear in court this week.

Timothy Dilley, 56, was set to appear in court for two counts of theft on Tuesday, Feb. 5, but did not show up. After being contacted, Dilley refused to appear.

The State of Indiana issued a warrant for his arrest, and on Wednesday, Feb. 6, Dilley was taken into custody.

He is currently booked in the Kosciusko County Jail under a Failure to Appear warrant with a $10,250 cash bond.
