FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A new tenant has been announced for The Landing.

The downtown Fort Wayne project will see a combined brewery and barbecue restaurant moving into the old Flashbacks location at 118 Columbia Street.

The developers say in a news release that it’s a partnership between Utopian Coffee founder Brendon Maxwell and Cerulean founder Caleb France and is just a part of plans to revamp seven historic buildings along Columbia Street into a combination of apartment living and commercial space.

Tours of The Landing will be open this Sunday, during the “Be a Tourist in your own Hometown” event held by Visit Fort Wayne.
