Three Boys Apprehended in Connection with Alleged Residential Burglary

STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Three boys were apprehended over the weekend in connection with an alleged residential burglary.

Saturday afternoon, Steuben County Sheriff’s deputies were called to a Steuben Township home on South Meridian Road, for a 911 call reporting a burglary.  The residents had left the home that morning and when they got back, they discovered that their home had been ransacked.

When Sheriff’s deputies arrived, they found evidence that the incident may have just happened.  Sheriff’s detectives were then called to the scene and through the course of the investigation, three boys, ages 10, 12, and 13 years old were identified and apprehended in connection with the alleged residential burglary.

The incident remains under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
