WAYNEDALE (WOWO): Investigators continue to piece together a crash involving a Fort Wayne Community School's box truck and a passenger vehicle this morning in Waynedale.
Just before 7:30, a vehicle collided head-on with the delivery truck on Bluffton Road near Interlaken Drive. Near stretch of several restaurants and stores.
The driver of the car was pinned inside the car and had to be freed from inside. The driver and two other passengers were suffered serious injuries. The driver of the truck had minor injuries.
Firefighters had to contain a fuel and fluid spill from the truck. The incident blocked traffic for more than three hours.
