FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Three more people have been charged in the BAE Systems education scam, bringing the total now to 23.
Aleece Good, Shynell Hutchins and Detrick Tubbs were charged with federal wire fraud this week by a grand jury in Fort Wayne’s U.S. District Court, according to the News-Sentinel.
The employees are charged with exploiting a 2013 company policy that paid workers in advance for their tuition costs. Employees allegedly used a company software and submitted falsified documents to company computers in New Hampshire.

Last month, Latonya Smith pleaded guilty and agreed to cooperate with prosecutors and testify if necessary. She faces up to 20 years in prison and a $25,000 fine.
