Fort Wayne’s largest summer festival announced a three-year, $300,000 commitment from Hanning and Bean Enterprises to become the title sponsor of the 9-day event.

Bill Bean says it was simply giving back.

“I've enjoyed the festival in the past. We had to the opportunity and means to step in and help it through some tough time. Now we are making a commitment to bring it up to a even higher level,” Bean said.

This year's Three Rivers Festival runs from July 11 to 19.
