ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Traffic will be backed on southbound I-69 and Lower Huntington Road on Thursday.

The Indiana Department of Transportation said contractors are scheduled to install and activate a new traffic signal on Lower Huntington Road at the southbound I-69 ramps in Allen County.

During the day Thursday, drivers can expect restrictions and slow downs in the area. The signal should improve traffic in the area.
