STARKE COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): An underage drinking party in Knox resulted in 17 arrests over the weekend.

Police responded to a complaint about the house in the 1100 block of East John Street shortly after midnight Sunday morning. They found roughly 20 vehicles parked around the home and several people who looked underage were consuming alcohol in a barn on the property.

Three of the 17 teens arrested were under 18 and released to the custody of their parents. 19-year-old James Hudgens, who lives on the premises, was preliminarily charged with illegal consumption and providing alcohol to minors.
