FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Around 3:00 this morning, police responded to a domestic dispute at an apartment on Pinegove Lane. Once on the scene, they found a man in an apartment refusing to exit. He has been identified as Charles R. Seals, Jr., of Fort Wayne. He was holding a woman and her child  hostage. 

The woman was later able to exit, and a short time later emergency crews removed the child from the residence. Police say after about 3 hours, the situation ended peacefully. Seals is being charged with a felony for possessing a handgun without a license. The incident is still under investigation.
