LEBANON, Ind. (AP) – A central Indiana jury has reached a verdict in the third murder trial of a onetime Indiana state trooper charged with fatally shooting his wife and two young children.
 
Boone County's chief administrative deputy prosecutor, Lori Schein, says the jury informed the judge overseeing David Camm's trial Thursday morning that they had reached a verdict and that it would be read early Thursday afternoon.
 
Camm is accused in the September 2000 slayings of his 35-year-old wife, Kim, and their children, 7-year-old Brad and 5-year-old Jill. His two previous convictions in the killings were overturned on appeal.
 
Camm's third trial was held in Boone County northwest of Indianapolis because of pretrial publicity in southern Indiana, where the Camms lived in the Louisville, Ky., suburb of Georgetown.
