ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): The Allen County Council of Veterans will hold its annual Veterans Day Parade Saturday, November 9^th. The line up for the parade will start at 10:00 A.M. at the corner of State Street and Parnell Avenue, and the parade will begin at 11:00 A.M. The route will go north on Parnell Avenue to the Memorial Coliseum. A ceremony will take place after the parade outside Memorial Hall.
