INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ Voter turnout appears to be light as Indiana voters head to the polls for Tuesday's primary.
At one Indianapolis polling site, only about 15 people had cast ballots in the first two hours after that location opened its doors to voters.
But midterm primaries historically attract only about 20 percent of registered Indiana voters to cast in-person ballots.
