FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Fort Wayne Fire Department was called to a fire at Artec Inc. on Enterprise Lane just before 9:30 Wednesday night. When crews got to the scene, they found a sprinkler system activated and smoke throughout the building. A manufacturing machine and a pallet of products was on fire. Firefighters got the blaze under control in just under 15 minutes. There was no one in the building at the time of the fire, as the company had shut down a few hours earlier for the holidays. No injuries were reported. The building suffered moderate smoke and water damage as well as minor fire damage.
