FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fort Wayne firefighters were called to the scene of an early morning mobile home fire. The fire was reported around 2:46 Thursday morning on Decatur Road, near Tillman Road. Crews got to the scene and found heavy fire in the mobile home. No residents were home at the time of the fire, but two pets were inside and died. The mobile home suffered heavy fire, smoke, and water damage. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
