TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WOWO): A woman is accused of having a child take nude photos of her to send to her boyfriend in jail.

30-year-old Jodi Roberts has been charged with performance before a minor that is harmful to minors. On Monday, a judge ordered her held on a 10 thousand dollar cash bond.

Roberts allegedly had a child under the age of 13 take nude or semi-nude photos of her that she then mailed to her jailed boyfriend. She was arrested after jail staffers seized the photos.
