WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO) – One child is dead and another is in critical condition after drowning in a Warsaw lake on Sunday.

Around 12:30, Warsaw Police responded to the northwest side of Center Lake for a reported double drowning and pulled two minor victims from the water.

One child was airlifted to a Fort Wayne hospital and remains in critical condition. The other child was pronounced dead at a Warsaw hospital.
