Investigators have released the identity of a woman who died in a crash early this morning in East Allen County.  Eighteen year old Amelia Kate Castleman was driving alone on River Road west of 469 when she lost control and crashed.  Police say she was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from her car.  She was taken to Parkview Hospital where she was pronounced dead.  This is the 33rd traffic fatality in Allen County this year.
