Steuben Co. police searching for wanted fugitive

STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. – Steuben County police are asking for the public’s help finding a wanted fugitive.

48-year-old Tyron Jackson fled Steuben County in late August. Police say he has ties to Tallahassee, Fla., and may be in that location.

Jackson is described as a black male, 5’6” tall and weighs 178 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes, wears glasses and was last known to have a beard.

Jackson is wanted for misdemeanor domestic battery, misdemeanor invasion of privacy, two counts of level 3 felony sexual misconduct with a minor, and failure to appear on domestic battery.
