FORT WAYNE, Ind (WOWO): Police in Michigan made an arrest in connection a cargo theft scheme here in Allen County.  The Journal Gazette says 24-year-old Roberto Gonzalez was on his way to Canada when he was stopped for speeding on I-75.  He was arrested and sent back to Allen County.  Gonzalez and two alleged accomplices, all of whom are Florida residents,  are facing charges related to the theft of more than a half million dollars worth of cargo.  The two other men remain at large.
