PUTNAM COUNTY, Ohio. (WOWO) — A police chase through fields and farmland ended early Monday morning in Putnam County.
Deputies were serving an arrest warrant for 39-year-old Joseph Saldana around 12:30 a.m. on Road 5-F when he fled in a vehicle.

The chase went off-road, through farm fields, and ended when his vehicle became disabled near Gilboa in eastern Putnam County.

WLIO TV reports that Saldana was taken into custody without further incident and is now in the Putnam County Jail.
