FORT WAYNE, Ind (WOWO): 26-year-old Ronald Williams is formally charged with murder, according to our partners in news at 21 Alive.

Williams, of Fort Wayne, was booked on a preliminary charge of murder yesterday for his alleged role in the shooting death of Mark Young, last month on Reed Street near Oxford.

Williams is due back in court later this month.
