FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): More than 3 inches fell on city over night, causing massive flooding. Police want to remind drivers: DO NOT drive through high water.  City Utility and Flood control worked through the night to contain the flood waters. Pumps ran all night long in the following locations: Dalevue/Fernwood, Baer Road, Allendale, Bella Vista, Prairie Grove, Stratford, Bluffton Road, Hartman Road, Old Mill/Fairfax, Chaucer and near Science Central.
