Trine University in Angola has announced plans to create a Health Sciences school that will offer a doctor of physical therapy program.  Trine President Earl Brooks II says the program will prepare students to meet the growing demand for physical therapists.  The doctoral program will work in partnership with Parkview Hospital and Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.
