Fort Wayne (WOWO): A man remains in critical condition after he was found with a head wound early Sunday morning on Main Street. Authorities say he had a syringe and needles and appeared to be under the influence of drugs.

Police think the man likely fell or had some sort of blunt-force trauma. Another man was found later with syringe needs the man had taken opioids just before the incident. That man was also transported to the hospital.
