KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind (WOWO): Ricky Shepherd, age 48, was arrested at his Leesburg home earlier this morning on preliminary charges of indecent exposure with intent to be seen by others and disorderly conduct. He’s currently being held on a $350 bond in the Kosciusko County Jail.  

Officers responded two different times yesterday and last night, attempting to find Shepherd after receiving several reports that he had exposed his buttocks and genitalia to the neighbors.  

Officers were able to locate him early this morning and arrest him.
