FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): There are a couple of name changes going into effect for East Allen County Schools. Effective today, Highland Terrace Elementary will now be called Highland Terrace Primary School. Also, Meadowbrook Elementary is changed to Meadowbrook Intermediate School. The changes are in alignment with the district’s redesign plan.
