FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): According to the latest housing data, the Allen County real estate market recorded strong year-over-year growth for the month of May. The area experienced a 14.51 percent increase in homes sold in May with 505 homes, compared to the same time last year with 441 homes. Experts say homes are selling at a rapid pace due in part to the low inventory experienced so far this year.
