STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Formal charges are brought against two people allegedly involved in the shooting death of Ruben Sanchez Jr.
Murder and conspiracy to commit murder were filed against 28-year-old Mark Hines and 18-year-old Tyler Biggs.
The shooting happened July 7th, that’s when Biggs of Jimmerson Lake grabbed a gun and handed it to Hines also of Jimmerson Lake, who then shot Sanchez. He later died at a Fort Wayne hospital.
