FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): An arrest has been made in a homicide investigation from last week. Kirk LeCount, of Fort Wayne, was pronounced dead at the scene of High Street, near Rumsey Avenue, last Thursday. Cause of death was determined to be blunt force trauma. Police have now arrested Steven L. Lemler. He was taken to the Allen County Jail on a preliminary charge of involuntary manslaughter.
