Geneva Man Arrested On Multiple Felony Charges Of Sexual Misconduct With A Minor

GENEVA, Ind. (WOWO) — The Indiana State Police arrested a 30-year-old Geneva man Thursday on multiple felony charges related to sexual misconduct involving a minor.

According to authorities, Juan Roman was taken into custody on February 12, 2026, following an investigation conducted by state police. He faces four counts of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, each classified as a Level 4 Felony under Indiana law.

Roman was booked into the Adams County Jail, where he remains incarcerated.

Officials have not released additional details about the investigation at this time.
