1) Hopefully he’s alright.

2) 🤔..odd that it is 4 mile directly south of the last horse-drawn incident.

3) I am not insinuating anything, but i can only come up with maAAYBee 4 reasons to be “slumped over” at 21 years of age, one a Saturday night, at 23:15 …been there.
a. Narcolepsy, am i right?
b. Hope it’s not an underlying health condition, but, the flu bug has been going around.
c. …then there’s also the brown bottle flu, if you catch my meaning… 😏
d. Lastly, (i’m sorry about this one..) i don’t mean to sound like a conspiracy nut playing off number 2), but i read that line above.. “the buggy was occupied by a single male driver who was observed slumped over in the seat prior to the crash.”
i’m sorry? How were they observed at 23:15, during a waning crescent Moon??
🤔 I am puzzled by this statement.

Seeing this article, i had to go back to yesterday’s comment,

to ensure that i didn’t misspeak about, “a buggy misguidingly creating an accident, …”. I still stand behind that comment, as a motor vehicle was not involved.

Not sure why i am dwelling on the protection of this mode of transportation. But, I think it’s important.
My mind is leaning away from vehicular advancements, the older i become; the more i see these transportation ‘improvements’ buggering up the works!

We have placed ourselves in a role of dependency, to operate motorised transportation.
We have all but destroyed rural towns, that once met our needs.
We have allowed our States to care more for the people that pass thru it, as they take our voices, as they divert our roads, as they cut highways thru our land.
We have allowed others to set our own path before us.
