FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Jefferson Pointe has announced their times for Trick or Treating! They will host the free event from 5 to 7 P.M. on Thursday, October 31. Participating stores will put a “Trick or Treat” symbol in their window and pass out treats to kids.
