FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Around 5:30 this morning, 41-year-old Cecil Rudley was driving northbound on I-69 near the 354 mile marker when he says he felt sick and lost control of his semi causing him to go off the roadway and into the median. He then struck the barrier, and the semi rolled over on its side. Rudley was not injured in the crash, but traffic was significantly backed up since it happened in a construction zone.
