Convicted Baby Killer Back Behind Bars

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WOWO) – A man convicted of killing his 11-month-old stepdaughter is back behind bars after violating parole.

Jonathan Richardson was sentenced to 55 years in prison in 2002 for the murder of Faith Lee and was released earlier this year after serving just over 20 years.

Authorities say Richardson was arrested July 15 for a parole violation and returned to the Indiana Department of Correction.

His earliest possible release date is now listed as August 2041.
