FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Mayor Tom Henry, along with Julie Sanchez, Director of Citizen Services, and members of the City's Citizen Services team, will host a Customer Appreciation Day for the public to thank them for their support of the 311 Call Center. The center received two national awards for their service to the citizens of Fort Wayne earlier this year. The public is invited to learn more about the call center at the event, happening at 2:00 P.M. Monday, at Citizens Square.
